Earlier today I signed up for a new tournament - 10 players, under 1500 (I think). There were two or three others already entered at that time. Now the tournament seems to have vanished from the "Tournament Offers" page but is not on my "Running Tournaments" page. Where's it gone - any ideas?

The creator of a tournament can cancel his own tournaments, which is probably what happened.

Removing a tournament without notice or consultation seems impolite to me. I think that once other players have subscribed to the tournament cancellation should only be by mutual consent.

I think the same, too. But I noticed I could still delete a tournament I created after people joined it, so although it's rude and unappropriate, at least we've got your answer...
